Three levels of support, one clear path.
Whether you want an independent second opinion on the advisor you have, or an advocate to help you find and settle in with the right one, each level builds on the one before it. Start with the support that fits where you are today and add more as your needs change.
A complimentary introductory meeting. Getting to know you, and how we can best support you, is always the first step.

The Wealth Advisor Interview Guide
Five questions to ask any advisor, with what a good answer sounds like and the red flags to watch for.
Look for a planning designation such as the CFP® or QAFP®, and registration you can verify on CIRO’s AdvisorReport.
Expect a clear, transparent explanation. “Free” advice usually means fees embedded in the funds you hold.
You want an advisor who understands the tax and planning implications of change, not one learning on you.
Your investments, taxes and estate plan are connected. Your advisor should not work in isolation.
A real plan maps income, expenses and inflation protection over 15 to 20 years, not just a pie chart.
Frequently asked questions
Do you manage or invest my money?
No. Spring Vale does not manage investments or sell financial or insurance products. We review, question and coordinate the professionals who do, so you can make decisions with clarity and confidence.
Will you replace my current advisor?
Not unless that is the right answer for you. Many clients simply want to know they are on the right track. If a change is needed, we help you find, vet and transition to better-suited professionals.
Do you receive referral fees from the professionals you introduce?
Never. We accept no referral fees or commissions from any professional or firm, so our only interest is yours.
Do you provide legal, tax or investment advice?
No. We provide independent, educational support within a coaching framework, and work alongside your own legal, tax and investment professionals rather than in place of them.
How are your fees structured?
Fixed, transparent fees are disclosed upfront, with no hourly billing. The Clarity Review and Guided Transition are flat fees, and the Ongoing Partnership is an annual retainer. A 50% deposit reserves your engagement.
How do I get started?

Are you working with the right wealth advisor and financial partners?
Every engagement starts with a complimentary introductory meeting. We’ll talk about where you are today, what you want for the future, and whether a Clarity Review is the right first step.
